Richard William Lord Training for “Glory day”

A 2 minute mini-documentary of behind the scenes training of international actor, Richard William Lord for his role in Roy Alfred’s feature film, ‘Glory Days’. With over-training injuries mounting from 2 1/2 months of intensive ’2 a day’ workouts and strict dieting, the desire and hunger can be seen in the sunken eyes, hollow cheeks and ripped ab’s of this totally focused actor. With his scheduled shooting dates changed 4 different times, the carb cycling and carb depletion diet was taking it’s toll. Richard came in at 5.5% body fat on the day his role was shot, 2 days after this documentary was filmed.
